Outboard Motor Rail Mounting bracket - 1 Inch Rail Mount
- Designed to keep your auxiliary Engine safely stored in an upright position. Storing your outboard upright prevents gasoline leaks, allows water to drain out of the motor cooling system, and prevents oil from draining towards the rings and cylinder that cause excessive smoking when the engine is started (eventually, over time it can cause motor damage). Upright position storage is recommended for outboard engines by most manufacturers.
- The Kangas Marine Outboard Motor Rail Bracket is Strong, Durable and Elegant with a 316 Stainless Steel Metal casing (21 gauge) and 316 Stainless Steel binding barrel with screws that provide Strength and Durability against marine elements. The simple design addresses common failure modes from our competitor's products that are made of molded plastic with no reinforcement.
- Solid Design for additional Strength and Durability made of the Highest Quality Marine Grade High-Density Polyethylene Material
- UV Resistant: The 316 Stainless Steel Metal casing and Marine Grade HDPE provides a UV resistant product that won’t crack or weaken with time like Molded plastic and Wood products.
- Fits 1-inch rails and it does not need a T-rail, it can be installed in any configuration or any area of the Stern, sides or bow of the boat and it can be used as a mounting platform for any other application such as barbecue grills, fish cleaning tables, kayak holders, downrigger brackets, video cameras and other equipment.
